This Internet Website Use Agreement (the "Agreement") is between you and Adams Arms, Inc., a Florida corporation (the "Website Owner/Host/Licensor"). Use of this Internet Website (the "Website") signifies your agreement to the terms and conditions of use set forth in this Agreement:

YOU CONSENT TO SERVICE OF PROCESS IN ANY LEGAL PROCEEDING.
  9. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Website Owner and you with respect to your use of the Website. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this Agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, in whole or in part, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of this Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
